Very Well Run, No Queuing or Waiting...
Very well run, no queuing or waiting around. My little boy was amazed Santa knew so much about him, such a magical experience. We will definitely be back next year.

Brilliant, Kids Loved It!
Santa gave them time to sit down with him to chat and told them they were on the Nice List. The elves were fantastic, too. Well done to all, and thank you for making our Santa visit magical.

From start to finish it was amazing.
We visited the Ilac, and from start to finish, it was amazing. The elves were so good with my kids. Santa got down to play and spent lots of time with them. I have never experienced a Santa who interacted so well with kids.

Autism friendly!
Went to the Santa Experience with my nonverbal autistic daughter. What an amazing experience. No queue, no noise and no chaos. Santa and the elves were just fantastic. She was weak for Santa! Can't wait for next year!

The Best Santa I Have Ever Encountered!
The BEST Santa I have ever encountered. Interacted with all of my children separately and gave them plenty of time. The elves were all very enthusiastic too.
