1. What is the Santa Experience?

The Santa Experience is an interactive multi-family tour through the North Pole ending in Santa’s magical house. Each tour has a maximum of 6 children to allow Santa to speak to each child individually. The family experience includes visiting the Elves Post Office, Santa’s Reindeer Stable and Sleigh Station followed by a journey through the Arctic before arriving at Santa’s front door. When your family enters Santa’s log cabin, your child(ren) are welcome to meet Santa himself and receive a present. By completing the “Santa Needs to Know” form, Santa will know your child’s name and what they want for Christmas, along with some other fun info that you choose to provide. A professional photographer will be on hand to capture these magical moments. Photos are available for purchase upon exiting the grotto.

2. Can I book?

Yes! The Santa Experience is one of the few Santa’s whereby you can book your preferred time and date to suit your schedule.

3. How do I book?

4. Do I have to make a reservation\booking?

You do not have to make a reservation but we highly recommend you do so. Weekends tend to book up quickly. To be assured your preferred date and time use our online booking page.

5. What does my booking time mean?

Example: If your booking time is 2:00pm please arrive at your time and NOT before. You will firstly be checked in to our waiting area where there are elves and games to entertain the children. We will also check your “Santa needs to know form” – click here for form to ensure all the children’s details are correct. – You will then be entered into the Santa Experience between 2:00-2:30pm depending on what time you arrive & the varying group sizes. But don’t worry, we have a fun and festive waiting area.

6. How much does it cost?

Admission: Child- €12.00 (includes gift)
Adult- €6.00
Note: A €3.95 online booking fee per transaction will apply.

7. What is the Santa needs to know form?

The Santa needs to know form is a form you fill out and bring with you on the day of your visit. It is VERY IMPORTANT. You fill in your children’s name, age, school teacher and one line of personal info so Santa can speak to your child personally.

8. Where can I get the Santa needs to know form?

After booking online your confirmation email should have a link to the form. You can fill it out and then print it. You can also get a form from the “Forms” section of our website Forms. You can print off as many forms as you like just in case you need to change the info prior to your visit. ALSO, don’t worry, if you forget your form we have blank copies at reception.

a. Limerick: The Jetland Shopping Centre, Ennis Road, Limerick.
b. Cork: Top floor, Dunnes Stores, 105 Patrick St., Cork.
c. Dublin: Kilnamangh Shopping Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

10. How much do photos cost?

1. Printed- One individual photo costs €14.00. Each additional photo costs €6.00.
2. Digital- A USB stick of all your photos is €30.00. One 8 x 10 printed photo is also included with the purchase of a USB stick.

11. What size are the printed photos?

The photos are 8 x 10 inches.

13. What type of frame is it?

The frame is black with silver edging. It also has a stand or can be propped up vertically or horizontally. They are truly ideal to keep on display in your house year round!

14. Which formats are the photos available on?

a. Printed – All photos come framed are in an 8 x 10 format.
b. Digital – There is an option to purchase all photos on a USB stick.

15. Can I take my own photos?

No. A professional photographer is on hand in Santa’s cabin & we ask patrons not to take photos throughout the experience.
