Thank you for considering booking with The Santa Experience. Please read these Booking Terms & Conditions carefully before making your reservation. By completing your booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been successfully received. A confirmation email containing your booking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
2. Arrival Time
Check in no sooner than 10 minutes before your booked time. Early arrivals will be asked to return within the correct window. Late arrivals may miss their visit with Santa, and refunds cannot be issued.
If you’re running late, please reply to your email or contact info@santaexperience.
Please do not contact Dunnes Stores directly, this event is run independently. Emails sent to us will be relayed to the on-site manager.
3. Changing or Cancelling Your Booking
To make any changes (date/time, names, children’s details, or number of guests), click “View Online” at the top right of this email, then select “Make Changes.”
For security, you’ll receive a follow-up email, just click “Start Making Changes” to proceed.
Children’s details can be updated up to 24 hours before your visit
Date/time changes and cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before your booking
Cancellations within this window receive a full refund for tickets and pre-paid items (booking fee is non-refundable)
4. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we will endeavour to assist, but transfers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Children
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the experience.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision and safety of children at all times.
6. Personalised Santa Experience
To make each visit magical, we ask you to provide personal information about your child during the booking process.
While every effort is made to include the information provided, we cannot guarantee every detail will be referenced during your visit.
7. Photography
Professional photographs are available to purchase during or after your visit.
We advise visitors to not take photos and to enjoy the moment with Santa.
For the privacy of all families, please avoid photographing children who are not part of your group.
8. Event Changes
The Santa Experience reserves the right to make minor changes to the experience, schedule, activities, characters or programme where necessary due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control.
These changes are made to ensure the best possible experience for all visitors.
9. Health & Safety
Visitors are expected to follow all instructions given by Santa’s elves and team members throughout the experience.
Anyone behaving in a manner that may affect the safety or enjoyment of other guests may be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.
10. Liability
The Santa Experience accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights available under Irish consumer law.
